What types of appointments are available?

You can visit our London Townhouse and explore gifts in person across 10 beautiful rooms, or book a virtual appointment with your Gift Guru and enjoy the same exceptional service.

How long is an appointment?

We offer 1-hour and 90-minute appointments at the Townhouse. We recommend a 90-minute appointment if you're unsure what you'd like to add to your wedding registry and would like some expert guidance.

Do I need to create a list before visiting?

We highly recommend registering before visiting us at the Townhouse. This allows you to enjoy the full experience during your appointment and jump straight into the fun!

Who can I bring to my appointment?

Building your wedding gift list is a great opportunity to plan your home and future together, so we recommend attending as a couple.

If that's not possible, you're welcome to bring a guest, such as a parent, engaged friend, or bridesmaid. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome, please let us know in advance who you'll be bringing to your appointment.
